Please read carefully the important information about the event and confirm your details below:
DAY 1 – 26th 8 AM to 6:30 PM Beethoven Ballroom (2nd floor) Lectures
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Debussy Room (1st floor) Battle
DAY 2 – 27th 9 AM to 7 PM Lectures
8:30 PM to 12 AM Awards Dinner
DAY 3 – 28th 9 AM 4:30 PM Lectures
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN / REGISTRATION
Make sure to come on time for the event registration on 26th of September at 8:00 am.
Please note that the breakfast break only last 30min and starts at 9 am next to Beethoven Hall room.
AWARDS DINNER (Gold, Bronze and Silver package members)
We have prepared a special dinner for participants of the Permanent Reunion Congress.
Dinner registration starts at 8:30 pm. Make sure to bring the given tag/name card for the dinner.
Beethoven BallRoom 2nd floor
The dinner is booked for Gold, Bronze and Silver packages. If you wish to upgrade your package and attend the dinner or invite your guest to participate with you, please contact one of our staff members.
The dress code is Cocktail.
If you are bringing a guest for the award dinner make sure you have registered him or her at least 10 days before the event.
Guest Dinner fee is $290
Your guest may also join you for the breakfast or lunch break.
Guest Breakfast/Lunch fee is $150 per day.
Guest registration and payment are due to 17th of September.
Make sure your guest brings the given tag/name card for the dinner.
ACCOMMODATION (Gold and Bronze package members)
If you have purchased Bronze or Gold tickets, the 2-night accommodation at Encore/Wynn Hotel is included in your package. The nights included are 26th to 27th and 27th to 28th.
The rooms are booked at the Encore Hotel, which you will easily find following the signs.
Proceed to the reception with your ID to check in.
All extensions are subject to availability at Encore/Wynn and will be charged extra upon check in/ check out.
Resort fee and additionals services will be charged extra.
The check-in at Encore/Wynn is at 26th from 3 pm. In case you are arriving same day in the morning make sure to leave your luggage at Encore/Wynn’s storage room and continue to the Beethoven ballroom.
For your convenience, you may also check in on 26th of September at the end of the event (~6:30-9:30 pm).
The check out time at Encore/Wynn is until 12 pm.
To avoid missing the event we do recommend to check out before the breakfast break which is 9 am to 9:30 am.
You will be able to leave your luggage at Encore/Wynn’s storage room.
BATTLE (Gold package members)
Please note. The participation is strictly for the participants (Gold package) of the battle. Guests or non-participants (Bronze and Silver packages) are not allowed to stay in the “battle room”.
The International Permanent Makeup Battle is scheduled for 27th of September
The battle starts at 6:30 PM at DEBUSSY Room
The time frame set for the battle:
6:30 pm – 6:45 pm Registration and Confirmation
7 pm – 7:30 pm Microblading
7 pm – 7:40 pm Machine strokes
7 pm – 8 pm Machine Full Face
8 pm – 8:30 pm Break out
Participants must leave the “battle room “once the time set for the particular technique is over.
- Beginners (less than 2 years) certificate of completion required or
- Advanced (more than two years) certificate of completion required.
- Microblading (max 30min) or
- Machine strokes (max 40min) or
- Machine Full Face (strokes, eyeliner, lips) (max 60min)
Make sure you have confirmed the category and technique (only one per participant) you are participating at, until 17th of September.
The battle is performed on artificial skin. You will receive the artificial skin right before your attendance.
Make sure to bring your own tools for the performance of permanent makeup on the artificial skin (pigments, needles, machine, tools, rulers, pencils, etc.)
We will supply you with cotton pads, alcohol, lighting and seats (table/chair).
