Diese Maschine ist nur für den professionellen Gebrauch bestimmt. Um Rückfluss und Kreuzkontamination interner Mechanismen zu verhindern, sollten NUR Membrankartuschen verwendet werden. Alle Komponenten des Maschinenkörpers, die keinem normalen Verschleiß unterliegen, werden für die Lebensdauer der Maschine von der Garantie abgedeckt. Die Garantie auf den Stiftmotor wird für 12 Monate ab Kaufdatum gewährt. Diese Garantie erlischt bei allen Kabelschäden.
Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn der Pen Anzeichen dafür aufweist, dass er grob gehandhabt, wiederholt fallen gelassen, übermäßiger Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt, mit Nadelpatronen ohne Membran verwendet oder kosmetisch beschädigt wurde, was zu einer Beeinträchtigung der Funktionalität führt.

Bulky items such as lights, sterile packs, and larger professional supplies may have different shipping rates. Available options will appear at checkout.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are fully committed to making sure every Deluxe Brows® customer feels supported and cared for.
Unless a product is proven defective through photos or video, or we have mistakenly shipped an incorrect product, we do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges on products.
Important Notes:
We can only accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
We cannot offer refund credit on opened or unsealed products.
We are not able to exchange one product for another.
Within 30 days of purchase, eligible returns may receive store credit only, unless the item is defective.
Outside 30 days of purchase, store credit less a 20% restocking fee may be offered.
Returned products must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service for your protection.
