Warranty
This machine is for professional use only. To prevent back-flow and cross-contamination of internal mechanisms should be used with membrane cartridges ONLY. All machine body components not subject to normal wear and tear will be covered under warranty for the life of the machine. The pen motor warranty will be covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty will be void for all cord damages.
This warranty will be void if the pen shows signs of having been handled roughly, repeatedly dropped, overexposed to moisture, been used with non-membrane needle cartridges, or cosmetically damaged resulting in compromised functionality.
Ordering & Shipping
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends and statutory holidays. Please allow possible delays during peak seasonal periods.
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
The receiver/buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees when applicable. Customs authorities may contact the receiver directly.
Bulky items such as lights, sterile packs, and larger professional supplies may have different shipping rates. Available options will appear at checkout.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are fully committed to making sure every Deluxe Brows® customer feels supported and cared for.
Unless a product is proven defective through photos or video, or we have mistakenly shipped an incorrect product, we do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges on products.
Important Notes:
We can only accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
We cannot offer refund credit on opened or unsealed products.
We are not able to exchange one product for another.
Within 30 days of purchase, eligible returns may receive store credit only, unless the item is defective.
Outside 30 days of purchase, store credit less a 20% restocking fee may be offered.
Returned products must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service for your protection.
