Imposter syndrome can make you feel like you’re not good enough, even when you’re doing amazing work. It’s that nagging voice that tells you you’re a fraud, despite all your achievements and positive feedback from clients and students. But here’s the thing – you’re not alone, and you’re definitely not a fraud.
I created this guide because I want to help you overcome these feelings and step into your full power as a permanent makeup artist and trainer. Your work is incredible, and you deserve to feel confident and proud of your accomplishments. Ordering & Shipping
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends and statutory holidays. Please allow possible delays during peak seasonal periods.
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
The receiver/buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees when applicable. Customs authorities may contact the receiver directly.
Bulky items such as lights, sterile packs, and larger professional supplies may have different shipping rates. Available options will appear at checkout.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are fully committed to making sure every Deluxe Brows® customer feels supported and cared for.
Unless a product is proven defective through photos or video, or we have mistakenly shipped an incorrect product, we do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges on products.
Important Notes:
We can only accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
We cannot offer refund credit on opened or unsealed products.
We are not able to exchange one product for another.
Within 30 days of purchase, eligible returns may receive store credit only, unless the item is defective.
Outside 30 days of purchase, store credit less a 20% restocking fee may be offered.
Returned products must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service for your protection.
