• A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your spot.
• This session is for video purposes, and by booking, you agree to be filmed and have your results showcased.
• Due to the video stage setup, we only accept serious candidates who are fully committed to attending.
• Appointment rescheduling is not permitted, so please ensure your availability before booking.
• You must be 18+ and not pregnant or nursing.
Health & Skin Requirements you agree with before booking:
• Your skin must be in good condition, free from acne, eczema, psoriasis, excessive oiliness, or active breakouts in the treatment area.
• You must not have had previous permanent makeup in the area (unless faded significantly and approved prior to booking).
• You must not be on blood thinners, Accutane, or any medication that affects healing.
• You should not have any underlying health conditions that may impact healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or severe allergies.
• No recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or cosmetic injections in the area within 4 weeks before the procedure.

Returns & Exchange policy

Unless a product is proven defective (via photos or video) OR we have mistakenly shipped an unwanted/wrong product, we do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges for ANY product. Although these situations are rare, they are addressed expeditiously and made right at our cost – we will ship you the new product and include a return label.

We are not able to exchange one product for another.
Within 30 days of purchase, we offer store credit – no monetary returns (unless defective)
Outside 30 days of purchase, store credit less 20% restocking fee will be offered

Email info@deluxebrows.com the details of the item/purchase and the associated order number. 5-Digit order number can be found in the confirmation emails. Receive a proper warehouse address for your location.
Ship the items back, including your Order Number and name with the items you wish to return using a tracked packet option. Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
The credit will be processed when the item/s is back at the warehouse.
