Aleksandra's Biography

Aleksandra Maniuse, founder of Deluxe Brows®, began her journey in Vilnius, Lithuania, and holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences as well as diplomas in Hygienic & Decorative Cosmetology and Salon Management from Vilnius College and University College Birmingham. Over the past decade she has earned certifications in permanent makeup and tattooing through rigorous training programs in China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Estonia, and Italy.


In 2011, Aleksandra launched Deluxe Beauty Group, Inc., and opened Deluxe Brows® Academies worldwide. She is a licensed master permanent makeup artist and certified trainer in California and Florida, and the creator of the trademarked NanoShading™ and NanoStroking™ methods—techniques that have revolutionized the industry.


As President of the Baltic Association of Lash & Brow Artists (LBAB) and organizer of the annual Permanent Makeup Reunion Congress in Las Vegas, Aleksandra is a recognized leader and educator. She holds a Level 3 PTLLS teaching award, is active in the Permanent Makeup Society, and has received the TIPMCC Award for Commitment and Outstanding Performance. She also judges international competitions in Russia, Mexico, Israel, Poland, Brazil, Lithuania, the U.S., and the U.K.


Under her leadership, Deluxe Brows® was the first U.S. brand to introduce manual PMU with signature NanoStroking® and NanoShading® using custom-designed needles. Our product line—Sterile Packs, Disposable Futurity Nano Tools & Needles, Sticky Rulers, Pre‑Made Brow Mapping Thread, Single‑Use Pigments, and Practice Books—is engineered for safety, precision, and lasting results.


We offer both in‑person and online training with an intensive curriculum and comprehensive learning support, making Deluxe Brows® one of the few programs that truly prepares students for certification and success—whether they learn at home or in our studios.
